I seriously think the man who invented the crock pot
deserves a medal.
It is probably my most favorite kitchen tool…
so much so that I have three,
no wait four… or maybe five!
This recipe is a recent discovery that is on the top of my whole families list.
The kids and hubby rank it at the top for taste
and I put it there for ease…
seriously…
this is soooo easy,
but tastes so yummy no one will believe how easy it is!
And it’s best,
served with Kalamata olives and tiziki sauce
- 2-3 pound pork loin
- 1/2 jar of Greek Seasoning
- 8 oz jar pepperoncinis – drained
Place pork loin in the crock pot. Sprinkle with Greek seasoning. Place pepperoncini on top. Put lid on and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours. Just before serving, shred with two forks and serve in pitas with olives and tiziki sauce.
