I seriously think the man who invented the crock pot
deserves a medal.
It is probably my most favorite kitchen tool…
so much so that I have three,
no wait four… or maybe five!
This recipe is a recent discovery that is on the top of my whole families list.
The kids and hubby rank it at the top for taste
and I put it there for ease…
this is soooo easy,
but tastes so yummy no one will believe how easy it is!
- pork loin
- McCormick’s greek seasoning
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers
Put pork loin, about half the jar of seasoning and the whole jar of pepperoncinis (including juice) in the crock pot. Turn on low for 6 – 8 hours. After eight hours shred pork and serve in pita’s with feta cheese and tiziki sauce.
