I love it almost as much as I love my crockpot!
Coq Au Vien
Three C’s that make my heart pitter patter!
And this cheese fondue,
it’s the perfect yum after a long week
when you just want to hang with the girls
and eat totally not good for you things
while you dish on the latest!
- 1 Cup White Wine
- 1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 TBSP flour
Place cheese in a large plastic bag, add flour and shake until cheese is coated (this will keep the cheese from clumping as it melts). Bring wine to a boil. Remove from heat and immediately add cheese, stirring until melted. After well blended, add in garlic powder. Transfer to dip crock and turn to warm. Enjoy with a nice glass of wine, bits of french bread and sliced green apples!
